Once it all begins, this blog will feature the following on a daily basis:

• A photo of the day - either from a performance shoot; or from my daily photographic expedition to the Royal Mile (other shots will be on my Flickr site or my photography website)

• And from the 8th to the 31st inclusive, reviews of the shows I'll be seeing
